Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an displays a contract signed between the Taipei City Government and Nvidia Corp to reporters in Taipei yesterday. Shin Kong Life previously had a contract with the Taipei City Government for development rights to the desired T17 and T18 plots. In October last year, Shin Kong Life relinquished the rights, prompting the city to reimburse the insurer NT$4.4 billion in royalties.
