Cruise ship visitors are once more taking in the rugged scenery on view from the Taieri Gorge line. Dunedin Railways used to be heavily reliant on custom from cruise ships, before the Covid-19 pandemic. The Dunedin City Council has yet to settle on what the long-term operating model will be for Dunedin Railways.
