On arrival, guests enjoyed the beautiful Japanese inspired surroundings of the garden before making their way to the main restaurant space that the prime, central London location had to offer. Here, the inspiring group enjoyed refreshing beverages provided by Hendrick’s Gin to compliment the beautiful Japanese-fusion delights. Dishes enjoyed included delicious lemon butter and shichimi sea salt edamame and grilled padron peppers with ama miso, followed by Lobster gyoza tacos with chilli and cilantro, and Sea bass carpaccio with Fuji apple, citrus and black sea salt. To close the evening, guests enjoyed a refreshing and delicious Mochi selection
