Satish, along with Bikshapathi and Ramesh, was caught by Special Operations Team of Rachakonda police after raiding a building. Two women — one working as junior artist in Telugu films and another from West Bengal — were rescued from the brothel. They were being sent to the State Home in Yousufguda, Jawaharnagar Inspector Umamaheshwara Rao said. When customers call, they would ask them to come to the building where flesh trade was organised,” the Inspector said.
