In front of me is a perfect replica of a Toronto subway station entrance. I’ve never seen a washroom entrance like it in any Toronto restaurant. With foods from around the world on its menu, it makes sense that transportation is the theme at Nomads. What look like subway doors are actually the washroom entrances; male and female riders depict the respective portals. As for Nomads’ success in producing excellence across dozens of cooking styles: It’s as stop-and-go as a Toronto subway ride.
