Indian skipper Virat Kohli, who had left from Australia after the first Test match, is in India on paternity leave to be with wife Anushka Sharma. India under Kohli's captaincy had lost the ODI series but went to win the T20I. During the ODI series, Kohli even broke Sachin Tendulkar's longstanding record to become the fastest player to reach 12,000 runs in the 50-over format. The ICC named Virat Kohli as the men's ODI cricketer of the year and he also won the Sir Garfield Sobers award for ICC male cricketer of the decade.
