Energy tycoon T. Boone Pickens is asking $250 million for his approximately 64,809-acre Texas ranch. Mesa Vista Ranch sits on over 100 square miles in the Texas Panhandle where it borders 25 miles of the Canadian River. Now 89, the energy tycoon is putting his Mesa Vista ranch on the market for $250 million. Mr. Pickens married his fifth wife at the stone chapel in 2014; they are now divorced, according to Jay Rosser, Mr. Pickens’s chief of staff. Mr. Pickens is in talks with Oklahoma State University, his alma mater, to have the home moved to the Stillwater campus where Mr. Pickens also hopes to be buried, said Mr. Rosser.
