Ali Banat (Feb 16,1982- May 29,2018) was an Australian businessman, later a humanitarian philanthropist, from the Sydney suburb of Greenacre. After the diagnosis, he found the charity ‘Muslims Around The World; also known as MATW.In October 2015, Ali Banat was diagnosed with stage 4 Cancer and was given 7 months to live. Ali Banat said,” Try to have a goal, a plan, even try to have a project that you work towards. So let’s take a moment and reflect on Ali’s story and try to change our lives and prepare for the hereafter, our real and permanent home! May Allah have mercy on his Soul and make us all meet in the highest levels of Paradise.
