Sylvia Park $80m office block goes aheadThe dining and office building at Sylvia Park is expected to be finished by May 2018. Plans to develop a "town centre" at Sylvia Park have taken another step forward as its owner announces an $80 million office block. A sketch of the office building and dining lane extension soon to be built at Sylvia Park. Gudgeon said the Sylvia Park offices would benefit from an easily accessible location with excellent rail and bus transport links and extensive amenities. Construction on the office building is expected to be finished by May 2018.
