KUALA LUMPUR: Youth and Sports Minister Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman has rejected talk that he met with a transgender in a recent meeting, the pictures of which went viral on social media. "I heard of reports that went viral that she is a transgender, with some even calling her pondan. He was asked to comment on the viral pictures and video of the woman who had gone to his ministry for a meeting. Syed Saddiq also expressed regret that the woman was alleged to have received contracts from his ministry. "When people started a rumour that she is my personal assistant, a transgender, pondan, it had nothing to do with the meeting.
