Sydneysiders divided by Covid lockdown, united in confusion

The Australian Medical Association has called for Sydney’s lockdown to be extended across the entire city, as new stay-at-home rules announced by the New South Wales government sparked uncertainty among residents and businesses on Friday. “Anyone who has worked part-time or permanently in the four hotspots in the past two weeks are subject to stay-at-home orders,” Berejiklian said. It's 4.30PM and the actual rules explaining who and what are affected by stay-at-home orders are not on the NSW Health website. It was less clear what that would mean for people who had visited those areas less frequently. Note in Waverley, Woollahra, City of Sydney & Randwick Local Government Areas, despite Covid related travel restrictions on leaving home, retail ,weddings ,funerals ,community sport can continue.
