While the Rajya Sabha was forced to adjourn thrice, the Lok Sabha conducted a smooth first session as per schedule. The Rajya Sabha takes up Finance Bill post-lunch, where only a discussion is possible since it is a Money Bill and the Elders cannot vote in it. 3:50 pm: Naresh Agrawal is moved out from Finance Bill to Uttar Pradesh politics. He accuses the BJP of conniving with media.... and he is back to Finance Bill! 2:20 pm: Political funding should be done through amending the Companies Act and not by amending a Finance Bill.
