Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., extended his ongoing silence over the nature of his past relationship with a suspected Chinese spy. Ever since Axios reported that a Chinese national named Christine Fang or Fang Fang had ties to a number of political figures including Swalwell -- and had sexual interactions with at least two Midwestern mayors -- Swalwell has dodged questions about his history with her. This comes after his office declined to comment on the nature of their relationship beyond what they had told Axios and then ignored subsequent requests for information.
