He explained that due to the fall in revenue, the Association was forced to cut down on some cost centres so as to stay inline and afloat. The Association also recorded a net surplus of GHC16, 578.86 representing an increase of one per cent over previous period. Mr Yaw Gyamfi, the Executive Director of GHAMFIN, lauded the Ghana CO-Operative Susu Collectors Association for their move of working through digitization, and urged them to guard against the challenges of 2016. Mr Derban also urged Ghana CO-Operative Susu Collectors Association to have new revenue lines as such system formed part of the ecosystems, adding that “Work with partners to design new models to grow your business”.
