ATLANTA (AP) " Suspended outfielder Hector Olivera has started a minor league rehab assignment but has no guarantees he will return to the Atlanta Braves after his arrest on domestic violence charges. The Braves, who have been unsuccessful in attempts to trade Olivera, rank last in runs and homers and have baseball's worst record at 31-58. Hart met with Olivera a couple of weeks ago in Florida at the Braves' extended spring training facility. Hart said Olivera was contrite regarding his April 13 arrest at a hotel outside Washington, D.C., but added that's only a start. He is eligible to return to the majors on Aug. 2, but the Braves have no timetables in place.
