Police arrest suspects with military uniformsTwo suspects believed to be perpetrating robbery with violence have been arrested for being in possession of military uniforms in Homa Bay County.The men were found in possession of the uniforms in their rental houses in Sindo town, Suba Sub County over the weekend. Suba South Sub County Police Commander Richard Cheruiyot said they had verified that the items were genuine military uniforms. The uniforms are suspected to have been obtained from a military officer either by the suspects or by someone else who handed them over to them. The suspects are accused of perpetrating robbery with violence in Sindo town, after area residents raised complaints over insecurity. Last week, two suspects were lynched by residents who implicated them in theft of two motorbikes in Sindo town.
