Suspects posing as traffic cops shot deadThree robbery suspects posing as traffic police officers have been gunned down by Flying Squad officers at Mikuyuni on the Machakos-Kitui road. Mwala police boss Ronald Kirui said the suspects were trailed from Athi River town. They were ambushed near Masii town, about 15km from Machakos town. A pistol, five bullets, handcuffs and police uniforms were recovered from the slain suspects.
