A suspected drug trader has been killed in a gunfight with Detective Branch (DB) of police in Noakhali Sadar upazila. Noakhali DB police Officer-in-Charge (OC)Kamruzzaman Shikdar said Ibrahim was wanted in 16 criminal cases, including robbery, drug and murder cases. The OC said a team of Noakhali DB police arrested Ibrahim, with 60 yaba pills, from Rail Line area of the upazila on Wednesday night. Police recovered a light gun, a pipe gun, six cartridges and six sharp weapons from the spot.
