KOTA BARU: An suspected burglar suffered injuries when he was beaten up by villagers near here last night. The 28-year-old suspect was reportedly caught by villagers while trying to leave a beauty centre in Kampung Pauh Panji. "According to the owner of the beauty centre, he was sleeping when he heard loud sound coming from outside. "The 55-year-old man then opened the door and saw several villagers already apprehending the suspect after they beat him up badly," Mohd Fakri said today. Mohd Fakri said the suspect has been detained for further investigation.
