Muslim Uddin Soheil, 22, was detained from Elenga in Kalihati on Saturday evening, police said on Sunday. Detective Branch OC Ashok Kumar Singha said Soheil made a confessional statement to the court on Sunday. Court Police Inspector Md Anwarul Islam said Soheil identified himself as a JMB operative in the confessional statement. They are 'Bike Hasan' from Panchagarh and 'Hridoy Hasan' from Sirajganj. Bike Hasan was killed in a so-called gunfight with police while Hridoy Hasan is still fugitive.
