PETALING JAYA: The 30-year-old suspect who was arrested over the abduction of Pastor Raymond Koh Keng Joo (pic) is expected to be charged at the Petaling Jaya Magistrate Court on Wednesday. Speaking about the arrest, Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Fadzil Ahmat said that the man arrested is not involved in the case. "He is expected to be charged under Section 385 of the Penal Code for attempting to extort the victim’s family. It was reported that that the man was arrested a day after contacting the victim’s family for a ransom for the pastor’s release last Wednesday. Koh was abducted from his car by a group of men along Jalan SS4B/10, Petaling Jaya on Feb 13.
