A 17-year-old boy was shot and wounded Tuesday near Ridgway High School in Santa Rosa, Calif., by a suspected assailant who fled onto campus and was arrested about two hours later, police said. “There was no violence that occurred on the school campus.”The injured teen, who suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen, sought treatment at a trauma center before police arrived at the high school.
