Share:Police on Wednesday arrested a suspected man in connection with rape of a 10-year-old mentally charged girl in Basti Cheragh Shah in South Cantonment area of Lahore. SP Cantt Isa Sukhera said that the police traced the man with the help of CCTV cameras’ footage and other circumstantial evidence. The investigation with the arrested man is underway, he added. The SP further informed that the medical examination of the victim girl had also been conducted. CCPO Ghulam Muhammad Dogar also took notice of the incident and ordered police to arrest the suspect.
