External Affairs minister Sushma Swaraj today didn't take too long to respond to Pakistan Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi's allegations , saying in her speech at the UN General Assembly that those who were listening to his address were saying, "Look who's talking." Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the speech was "incredible." Abbasi said his country was ready for a "comprehensive dialogue" on all issues with New Delhi, but that the Indian government was "unwilling." "Pakistan's Prime Minister spoke of a "Comprehensive Dialogue" between our two countries. "Our Prime Minister has, on his personal initiative, launched the International Solar Alliance as witness to our abiding commitment to a cause," she said.
