Two-time Olympic medal winner Sushil Kumar has been nominated for India's third-highest honour, the Padma Bhushan , by the Wrestling Federation of India, as reported by the Chandigarh Tribune. He later raised his voice against the policy makers, saying the government was being negligent to his contributions. I can't understand the reason behind not getting the Padma Bhushan.
