A great opportunity for a qualified and motivated individual to join Chiefs of Ontario (COO) for the position of Surveys Lead. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to engage with and support First Nations community members in research, develop relationships with communities, and lead survey collection. You will work in close collaboration within the Research and Data Management sector at Chiefs of Ontario, participating First Nations leadership and communities, and First Nations Information Governance Centre (FNIGC) regarding the Regional Social Survey (RSS) and Regional Health Survey (RHS).This position reports to the Senior Lead. Travel within Ontario to the COO office in Toronto or communities may be required for meetings (pandemic restrictions permitting). DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Create and present a variety of communications products which respectfully integrate First Nation ways of knowing on the RSS and RHS.
