Only 15 percent disagreed, consisting of 7 percent who strongly disagreed and 8 percent who somewhat disagreed, while 25 percent were undecided on the issue. The net agreement with the statement was highest in Mindanao at “extremely strong” +50, followed by “very strong” net scores in the rest of Luzon at +45, Metro Manila at +43, and Visayas at +42. Net agreement was highest among high school graduates at extremely strong +52, followed by very strong levels among college graduates at +46, elementary graduates at +40, and non-elementary graduates at +36, respectively.
