The body of James Middleton, pictured, was discovered in woodland yesterdayThe body of a missing pensioner who disappeared six months ago has been found in undergrowth next to the mobility scooter he was using when he was last seen. James Middleton had Parkinson's and early-onset dementia when he failed to return to his home in Epsom, Surrey, on July 2 last year. The 70-year-old was last seen heading toward Ashtead Common on his light blue TGA Breeze 4 scooter. Yesterday around 1pm his body was found by a members of the Sussex Community Search Team on Ashtead Common. A blue mobility scooter was found near the body and Surrey Police are treating the death as unexplained.
