Surrey RCMP are investigating after a woman and her children walking along 176th Street discovered the remains of a person in a water-filled ditch. "There's a lot of water in the ditch and the body appears to have been in the water for some time," said Staff Sgt. The northbound lanes of 176th Street, north of 32nd Avenue are closed. We're also pursuing the investigative avenue that may well have been a car accident." Surrey RCMP are asking anyone with information to call them at 604.599.0502.
