Surrey RCMP have arrested a man in connection with a shooting in the Guildford area that injured one man. Police say they arrested 46-year-old Allen Jesse Hiscock on Sunday without incident after a warrant was issued for his arrest in October. Police heard the sounds of gunfire near the RCMP's Guildford district office and found an injured man who was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Three people associated with the vehicle were arrested and taken into custody, two of whom were charged in connection with the shooting.
