According to the report, the review application was heard on January 27, 2026, by a panel presided over by Justice Gabriel Scott Pwamang. The dispute, which also involves Holy Quaye, has travelled from the High Court to the Court of Appeal and eventually to the Supreme Court. Lawyers for Tetteh Adjei presented six grounds which they argued amounted to a miscarriage of justice and a misapplication of the law. However, the court held that those arguments did not satisfy the strict requirements for invoking its review jurisdiction.
