The stakeholders made the appeal at a three-day district medium-term development plan review workshop in the district. The recurring Bimbilla chieftaincy conflict was noted as the number one challenge hindering developmental activities in the district. On the security situation, the workshop called on the government to assist the Supreme Court to expedite action in the determination of the Bimbilla chieftaincy case which is currently before it. In the end, the workshop was able to come out with a comprehensive medium-term development plan that would assist the district to draw it’s medium term development plan.
