Kamarudeen Ogundele, AbujaThe Supreme Court has struck out the suit filed by the Senate, challenging President Muhammadu Buhari’s suspension of the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Walter Onnoghen. When the case was mentioned on Tuesday, the counsel to Senate, Paul Erokoro (SAN), referred the court to the notice of discontinuance he had filed on Monday marked: SC76/2019.
