The Supreme Court on Monday reserved its order on the Sabarimala case on women's rights to enter the temple and referred the matter to a larger constitutional bench. The Supreme Court said that it needed to decide whether certain religious practices can be protected under the Constitution. The court added, "Lw, religion and spiritualism are different facets. God is omnipresent, ubiquitous but we need to decide broader constitutional questions."
