The Supreme Court, on Wednesday, refused to modify its order of January 30 and cleared all three representatives from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to attend the International Cricket Council (ICC) meeting in Dubai starting on Thursday. SC had earlier cleared three names – Vikram Limaye, Amitabh Chaudhary and Anirudh Chaudhary – to represent BCCI in the meeting. When rgw Justice Lodha panel refused to interfere in this matter, amicus curiae Gopal Subramanium requested the ICC chairman Shashank Manohar to accommodate all three members from BCCI. The court was later informed that "ICC has in an email at around 9 am clarified to BCCI that all three persons authorised by the apex court will be considered for Dubai meeting".
