KUALA LUMPUR: A Facebook post in support of ‘Cikgu Azizan’ who was accused of slapping a student had gone viral and recorded more than 160,000 ‘likes’. The hashtag #PrayForCikguAzizan also made its round on social media platforms. “We can see the full support given by the public to Cikgu Azizan especially on Facebook and I believe this can be a great motivation for him. Kamarozaman also said since Azizan joined the school many positive changes had taken place and disciplinary issues among students had reduced. “The intention is only to protect the students from (the) negative culture that may influence them to misbehave,” Kamarozaman told the New Straits Times.
