Support politics of development, shun casteism: PM Narendra Modi

The prime minister would be arriving in Gorakhpur at around 11 am and would go straight to Gorakhnath Temple. Keeping his words, now Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi would be in Gorakhpur to lay foundation stone for the new gas-based fertiliser unit on July 22. The fertiliser unit in Gorakhpur was established in 1969 and produced urea sold as 'Swastik Chhaap'. In a region, where thousands of children and adults have died due mysterious Japanese Encephalitis almost since the time fertiliser unit was established, residents certainly can't demand for more. During an election rally in Gorakhpur in 2014, the then prime ministerial candidate of the BJP Narendra Modi had promised to reopen the fertiliser unit, if BJP government came to power.
