Dunedin Public Library. The Dunedin Public Art Gallery had showed signs of recovery, experiencing a gradual rise in visitor numbers recently. Visitor numbers for each were down 37% in the final quarter of 2020, compared with the corresponding period in 2019. December 2020 visitor numbers at Toitu were up on October and November because of the Pixie Town exhibition and photo opportunities with Santa. Visitor numbers in each of November and December would normally exceed 3000, but were less than 1000 for those months last year.
