File - Consumer Complixe In EgyptGeneral Alaa Elden Fahmy - the head of the holding company for food industryCAIRO – 1 December 2017: Gamal El Sharkawy, president of the General Company for Wholesale Trade, one of the holding companies for the food industry, said that the Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, Ali Meselhy, directed them to secure the food needs for all border governorates including Marsa Matrouh, South and North Sinai.He added that the governorates were provided with basic commodities, including beans and meat products. Moreover, there is a strategic stock sufficient for three months in cases emergencies arose in winter.El Sharkawy said the Holding Company for Food Industries, headed by Alaa Elden Fahmy, has provided all food products to border governorates and that there is ongoing coordination with the armed forces to facilitate trucks carrying food products to North Sinai.
