Four Super League teams were earlier fined RM1.5 juta while six Premier League teams were ordered to pay RM500,000 for their ‘offences’. Following their appeals, the fines for the Super League teams were reduced, by 67 per cent, to RM500,000 while it is a 60 per cent reduction for the Premier League teams to RM200,000. The four Super League teams and six Premier League teams were earlier handed heavy fines by MFL for failing to comply with team registration regulations for the M-League. The Super League teams concered were Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and PKNS FC. The six Premier League teams were Sarawak, Penang, Kuantan FA, Police, MIFA and UKM FC.
