Our Special CorrespondentWINTER WARMTH: A family basks in the sun at Jubilee Park on Tuesday as Jamshedpur recorded a minimum of 9.8°C. A change in wind pattern and a western disturbance passing through northern parts of the country have pushed up minimum temperatures across Jharkhand. Weathermen say the dominating southerly winds will hike the Celsius further and the chill will remain missing at least till weekend. "Rain can be expected in northern parts of neighbouring Bihar though," he added. "Temperatures will dip once more after the western disturbance passes and the North Wind flow is restored," said a duty officer.
