The picture depicted a handcuffed Ramanayake trying to take a sip of a Nescafe while seated with family members at the funeral house. The picture was posted on social media saying: “Not committed any murder, not robbed anyone, but handcuffs were not removed for him to have a cup of Nescafe at the funeral.”Meanwhile, Ramanayake tested positive for Covid-19 last Friday (6) at the Angunakolapelessa Prison.
