The Board of Directors of Sundram Fasteners Limited, (SFL), part of the $7.2 bn TVS group, at its meeting held today have announced changes in the Board. Suresh Krishna retires as the Managing Director of the Company, effective April 20, 2018. Arathi Krishna has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Company, effective April 20, 2018. She served as the Joint Managing Director of the Company since 2011, and has been on the Board since 2006. Arundathi Krishna has been appointed as the Joint Managing Director of the Company, effective April 20, 2018.
