Sunderland defender Bailey Wright has declared the upmost pride when representing his native country, following his goal in Australia's 2-1 win over Jordan just days ago. The 29-year-old restored parity in the game before Awer Mabil netted the winner with just twenty minutes remaining. Adding the immense joy that comes with representing his country, Wright explained further on just how much it means to him to pull on the Socceroos jersey once more. “To play for Australia and wear this shirt, I never take it for granted,” Wright explained. "For me, it was a three year spell where I’ve not really had the opportunity to represent my country and it means a lot.
