According to police spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, it is alleged at approximately 16:30, a police member was busy with patrols on Marine Drive when he heard screams. She said the police member was then immediately stopped and was approached by a couple who informed him that they were just robbed of their cell phones by three suspects armed with a knife. "The suspects jumped into a stationary taxi at a stop street. "The member stopped the taxi and arrested three suspects aged between 25 and 32 on a robbery charge," said Janse Van Rensburg.
