Summerside's annual Santa Claus parade is set to go on Friday. Water Street between Spring and Summer streets will be blocked off Friday from 1 p.m. until the end of the parade. The rest of the Water Street — from the Holland College parking lot to Rufus Street — will be close beginning at 6 p.m. People are also invited to drop into Credit Union Place for hot chocolate and a chance to meet Santa Claus. Charlottetown's Santa Claus parade takes place Saturday starting at 5 p.m.
