Entertaining in the summer months should be almost effortless, involving just a handful of fresh ingredients – and as few pots as possible. Cook 1 1/2 minutes. Season one side of steak with 1 tsp salt. Turn steak over and cook another 1 1/2 minutes. You can also make your own by combining 2 tbsp dried thyme with 1 tsp each sesame seeds and kosher salt and 1/2 tsp sumac (optional).
