Photo: AFPAn open-air cinema festival in Paris parks has also been cancelled, although police were unclear which one. A statement from police said that it was "the open-air cinema festival in Paris in July and August in the parks and gardens of Paris". A spokesperson at the open-air cinema in the Parc de la Villette, in north eastern Paris, told The Local they had not been informed of any closure.
