Munjal’s company Rockman Industries Ltd, a large supplier of parts to India’s largest two-wheeler firm Hero MotoCorp Ltd, on Monday said that it has acquired a majority stake in carbon composites maker Moldex Composites Pvt. The acquisition of Moldex is the third such by Suman Munjal’s own family business after Hero Electronix, run by his son Ujjwal Munjal, acquired Tessolve Semiconductor Pvt. We are entering the US market over the next few months,” said Ujjwal Munjal.
