Ethiopia has accused Sudan of helping the Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF), which is fighting the Ethiopian Army. "Sudan controls all of its internationally recognized territories and boundaries with Ethiopia, and has never, and will never, allow them to be used for any aggressions," the Sudanese Foreign Ministry stated in a statement released on Sunday. According to sources, the Ministry made the remark in reaction to news reporting from an Ethiopian news outlet accusing Sudan of assisting the TPLF. Sudan's Foreign Ministry has advised Ethiopia to refrain from accusing Sudan of aggressive positions and behaviors that are not backed up by evidence on the ground.
